Let’s be honest—while parenting is deeply rewarding, it can also leave you feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and isolated. Whether you are dealing with constant misunderstandings, walking on eggshells, or navigating a major life transition, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

Teen and family therapy provides a warm, safe, and compassionate space where both you and your teen can feel genuinely heard and validated. Together we look beneath the surface behaviours to understand the emotions and patterns causing conflict or distance. By working as a team, we will discuss ways and strategies to resolve disagreements, rebuild mutual trust, and increase closeness.

Family therapy

When things feel hard, connection can make a different. Family therapy provides safe and supportive space for family members to feel heard, understood and supported. It can provide a space for some of the following challanges to be addressed:

Parent counselling provides a supportive, non-judgemental space to pause, reflect and make sense of what’s happening for you and your family. Together, we can explore the challenges you’re experiencing, better understand your child/teen’s emotions and behaviour, and find ways for you to respond that stregthen connection and build confidence.

Sessions may explore:
